Two rows are the whole difference: how many tickets you can hold at once, and how many you can photograph instead of typing. Everything else is the same on both sides, because that's the part that makes this site worth using at all.
The last row is there because it's coming, not because it's included. We don't sell anything before it exists.
What's free, and stays free
- Checking a ticket
- No account at all. Type your numbers on any lottery's page and get a real answer. We don't write any of it to our database or our logs.
- Watching your tickets
- Automatic, for everyone. Save a ticket and we check it against every drawing it covers, including advance play, without you coming back.
- Telling you when you win
- Always free. A win nobody hears about is the whole reason this site exists. We're never going to charge you for it.
- Typing tickets in
- Unlimited. The photo reader has an allowance. Typing the numbers in yourself never has, and never will.
- Every page on this site
- Open. Results, payout charts, odds, the rules for each state, when ticket sales stop, and the guides. None of it sits behind an account.
- Never being handed a number we can't stand behind
- Not a feature. It's the product. When a prize is a jackpot tier, a California pari-mutuel amount, or a multiplier you didn't tell us about, you get the reason instead of a confident figure. Why we never print a jackpot figure
Need more than the free plan?
MilliCheck+ is not open yet. If the ticket limit or the photo allowance is getting in your way, add your email. It tells us to open it, and it is how we decide what to build next.
Why these two and nothing else
A scan costs us one reading of one photo, once. A saved ticket costs us a check against every drawing it covers, for as long as it lives, plus an email at the end.
The expensive part is the watching, not the reading. So the ticket limit is the real line, and the scan allowance is the generous one.
What MilliCheck+ will add
Reminders as a claim deadline gets close. The full archive of everything you've saved, and search across it. A note of where you put the paper ticket, and a summary at the end of the year.
None of that is built yet, so we're not selling it yet. When something exists, it appears in the table above. Not before.
What we're not going to do
Sell your data, show you ads, or load a single thing from anyone else's server. You can check that last one yourself in about ten seconds with your browser's network tab. We built it that way so you wouldn't have to trust a policy.
We're also not going to charge for the part that makes this site worth trusting. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us first.
